I am pay monthly customer.

Cheers.

The unlocking form on the o2 website seems to be down as it won't accept my data.

I'm not sure a GG sim will help as they can be used in locked O2 phones. I'd go for a Voda or EE sim to be on the safe side....

Yes they are now available to be unlocked. Try it again or clear your history, cache or use an alternative browser

Yes, they've been able to be unlocked from O2 for a month or so now, if the form doesn't work best bet is to wait until tomorrow and call cs 202 from your mobile. SLA for an iphone 72 hours.

Yes thanks!

Got my txt from o2 just now saying I can unlock it if I put in another sim card BUT where am I going to get another sim card from? Nano one for the iphone 5?? Buy one??? lol Do other phone companies still give away free PAYG sim cards? I tried Tesco but it did not say anywhere that it will be a nano sim that they will send, just a sim card! lol

Giffgaff send them through the post.

Most high street network shops should allow you to pick one up although you may have to add some credit on to it before you leave.

02 insist in topping up £10.
