volume is up full but still can't barely hear whoever I'm talking to! Help 😊

Not sure if the problem still persists these days.

Try going to your music app turn volume up full while playing music then close it down and try the call again.

Used to happen on mine that the main volume was tied into the media players volume. So as the main volume wouldn't affect the levels but the apps would.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told

Thanks for your reply. Feel really stupid telling you now that I've figured out why I couldn't hear...only got the phone a couple of hours ago and it is still in its shiny protective covering...didn't realise it would affect the speaker volume! Lol dumb or what?! But hey, I can hear people now!
