Can I sell with a month left?

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi,
I have 1 month left on my 24 month contract iPhone 6S. I have £25 left to pay on the device plan.
Can I sell the handset, keeping the SIM and I’ll just be charged as normal?
Or do I have to keep the handset?

Thanks in advance

Just pay off the £25 early and you can do whatever you like with the phone. It's only £25.Bang

Technically, you cannot sell it until it's paid fully as it's not yet yours to sell, but the reality is that no one will ever know.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

That would be my choice too. Then give 30 days notice on the airtime and get a better deal on a sim only contract unless  @Anonymous has a really good tariff which will just roll on monthly.
