I've only had Samsung galaxy s5 for one week and have had couple of occasions where I am talking on phone and I can hear caller but they can't hear me. I have to hang up and redial. This had happened regularly on my old phone (Nokia lumia)...I thought it was that phone that was at fault, but obviously with a brand new phone, it's still happening. ... i have also had new sim as it was an upgrade, can anyone help please?

Unless you have something covering the mic it must be a network issue.
Report it to CS and check with other people in your area on O2 to see if they have the same problem.
