CONTRACT!! 300 MINS FREE PER 30 DAYS!!

I JOINED YESTERDAY AMD MADE 2 MINUTE CALL!!

CANT MAKE OUT WHY ONLINE BILL

I HAVE 11.47 ANYTIME, ANY NETWORK MINUTES!! 23/10/2014!!

LEFT!!??

Your allowance is pro rata up to the first bill date - You should get your full 300 mins from tomorrow.

Ckeck again tomorrow via your myo2 app.

 

If it has not updated ring o2 on 202 to speak to customer services.

I'd like to see using the Queen's English written into the community terms but then I realise that not too many people actually use it these daysCrazy

I've removed a number of replies from here that were not helpful to the OP issue.

 

@jonsie , this is a very valid point and I'll send you a message about it next week and we can talk about what we can do. Some kind of guideline around this would be very helpful, but I want to make sure anyone with potential sight and grammar difficulties wont be inhibited too.
