Solved: Business customer / unlock old phone with payg sim

Hi I am hoping someone can help me. I am getting no where fast with online chat. I have an active business account which I’ve had for 12 years. Same number. One of my old phones which I no longer use my business number in as I upgrade every two years needs unlocked. I just put a payg sim in to activate it as I thought that what u had to do. I have filled out the online form but I’m not sure it’s gonna work. Chat told me the number connected to the phone was my existing number but I don’t want my phone u locked, it’s the old one. I know this sounds so confusing but can anyone shed any light on this. I also need it unlocked ASAP I can’t wait 30 days!’

@LeanneM The unlock should be done by IMEI number
