Bought a new phone (iPhone 15 pro max) off o2 and I haven’t received any emails about my device even though it says it should’ve been delivered two days ago. Anyone know what’s going on?

I've tried them twice, and I'm struggling to get anywhere with them (one of the advisors was doing her best) - it's O2's error but their system won't let them cancel the order, so my phone's in limbo somewhere, and until it's rectified, I can't even go elsewhere.

I’m just going to leave it now. If they resolve it, and I get my new phone, then great, if not, I’ll assume it’s not happening. Maybe try again next year.

There are some goods deals available direct from the manufacturers at the moment so good luck shopping around.
