You need to access My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Scroll through previous bills

Where it says download in PDF it will give you the option to see previous bills from the drop down menu

Sorry but this is not customer service but my O2 has all the info you need. 

The path for me is view latest bill >> View latest detailed usage and charges >> scroll down to Download and print latest bill which brings up the old style page with the download as pdf link. Then use the dropdown box to find the relevant bill.
