Bill breakfown

Please help I want O2 to show me what numbers I have text and cLled and can't find where to go, it was there last time...help

Hi @Anonymous You need to go into My O2. http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
*View your latest bill in My O2 
*Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those. 
*Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills 
*That will bring up the old style web page 
*Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu. 
*Click on 'what I've used' 
*Click on v calls and you should see numbers called/text since your last bill.

You also have a drop down box in the section which allows you to select bills for past 18 months

We asked for a quick link in MyO2 but have been told its not needed.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes, it is, but it shouldn't be needed.

It used to be so easy to do.

Why can't it be sorted out?
