Being charged for something I did not agree too

I am charged for something I did not agree too. Package sent in error, which I sent back via DPD.  How does this happen and have received a letter in the post stating that I have agreed to an apple iPad????????  Unable to phone or receive calls except via what’s app.  I need assistance asap.  An email address of an individual at O2 please, so that I may further explain.  Kindest regards Angela Hurter - angela.hurter3**Personal info**
