Hello! I just activated my new apple watch 7, but I have a problem in activating the plan on smart eatch !!! It still gives me a message as if the connection was lost? !! What is the procedure? I have to wait for the time or how to do it ??

If you had an watch previously it will need to be removed from your account.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
