Hi, I ordered my apple watch on 18th June. It said delivery would be more than 4 weeks. It has been 6 weeks. How can I get an update on expected delivery?

I was told it would take two weeks and it’s been well over 3. Did you get it resolved?

I just called and they were pretty useless. I got told my order was processing which I can see for myself online. I asked what the delay was and the lady didn’t know. So overall a waste of my time calling. I think if I have to wait much longer I will just cancel the order. Sorry it isn’t more positive news.

They didn’t give me any more help than what I already found out online for myself.

The annoying thing is that if you cancel the order and they have done a credit check at any point, the credit check stays on your record. I just got told to wait and see what happens.
