Hi. I want to buy an Apple Watch. I understand that it will be linked to my account but I wanted to know if I have to set it up on the phone that i use or can it be set up

on another iPhone on a different network and do I have to use the cellular function on it or can I use it as a gps.

Yes you can connect it via wifi and bluetooth to another phone but obviously there will be no cellular functions.

It has to be registered with an iphone on the O2 network

Many thanks for your reply. Sorry I’m new to all this so just to clarify even if I wanted to use the watch just for the gps function and not the cellular function I cannot set the watch up on another phone even to use the basic functions
