Hello, I have an Apple Watch series 4 that won’t Connect cellular data. I have the plan with o2 on my phone but on my watch it says no plan.
I have reset both devices a few times.
I was using this Watch before and I can’t remember If I accidentally cancelled plan data from it, I Definitely didn’t cancel with o2 .
Watch is connected to phone just cellular / mobile data isn’t. Both devices are also up to date.
I would appreciate any help. Thanks

If it's still on your account it will effect your new one.

The one ending in 4005 is best.

You need to call O2 to see if you have an active watch plan Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

Usually that would mean it's a different watch to the one you are trying to activate.

Have you had a replacement watch @Claire0074 ?

The old one needs to be deleted from your account @Claire0074

Call O2 again to get it removed.
