My Apple Watch screen keeps freezing, the screen only shows a small amount of the total

screen as it has become enlarged. I can’t turn it off either. Up until now, I’ve just let the battery run out, then recharge it and turn it in again but there is clearly something wrong with it. Any advice?

Double tap on the screen with 2 fingers to reduce / increase the zoom level.
