Hello,

this is eating me alive so any help in massively appreciated.

I've just upgraded from iPhone 11 to iPhone 14. I removed my Apple Watch Series 7 and paired it to the 14. The data plan was removed and I cannot re-add it when paired tk the new phone. Can anyone help with this?
the watch is paired fine but is saying 'Your O2 account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch. Contact O2 for more information.'.

can anyone help? Thanks

Start by calling O2 to check that iData is enabled on your account along with wifi and 4g calling.

To contact customer service – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
