Apple Watch allergy’s

I am wanting to get an Apple Watch but I have issues with zink in cheap materials.
Is there a watch that is available for people with allergies ?
My issue would be the contact points on the wrist for the watch to functions

@gbjudge I found this site with a Google search. It doesn't seem to mention zinc, but it does deal with allergies to nickel, which appears to be common, and talks about alternative watches for people with allergies.
