Can anyone help me please, I needed to factory reset my watch last week and after I had done that, I tried to set mobile data back up on my watch.
I signed in using my account and it said that it's activating and could take up to 24 hours - it's been a few days now and still says the same also saying to contact o2 if it still hasn't been activated and to quote error code: 08.
I've contacted o2 a few times now but keep getting passed around department to department with 30 min hold times so getting a bit frustrated now and no one seems to know what's going on with it so I'm stuck.
Has anyone got an idea on what I need to do to get it working again please?

You need to ask O2 to remove the watch from your account so you can re-add it during the registration process.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
