Apple Watch 5 with cellular - mobile data

I have a new O2 Pay Monthly contract, and I own an Apple Watch 5, with cellular, how can I set up mobile data?

When I go to the Watch app to ‘mobile data’ is says that my o2 account is notable to support this - why would this be?

Your account is set up wrong. 

It needs to be set as an iPhone contract.

Hi in my o2 my device is listed as my old iPhone 6 not my newer iPhone XS - do you know how I can change this please?

Keep trying until you get someone who knows how to.
