Hi, how do i go about in returning my airpods? Change if mind

Hi Zeenat,

You can return your AirPods providing they're unopened/unused within 14 days. Earphones (for hygiene reasons) are exempt from O2s 14 day change of mind policy.

If your headphones are unused, you can arrange a refund by contacting customer services on 03448090202 to arrange this. Customer services will send labelled packaging to return. Alternatively, if you purchased from a store, you can head back to your nearest O2 store to return.
