I placed an order for AirPods on Sunday and they should’ve arrived on Tuesday which was yesterday. They sent me 3 emails with attachments on legal documents and the device plan. O2 even charged me £30 but on my bank account it is still under ‘pending transactions’. I’m worried that they won’t arrive or the order hasn’t been placed because I haven’t even received an order number or anything like that. What should I do?

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
