Has anyone else ordered any AirPod Max’s through O2 and still not received them? I ordered mine 6-7 weeks ago and when I bought them off the website. It was advertised I would receive them in 2 weeks? I have chased O2 so many times and I know there is problems with stock but why advertise them for 2 weeks? I am having no help from O2. Has anyone else able to get any information on this? What has O2 said to you?

The problem is Apple supply @LTDAr3 

They are keeping limited stocks for themselves and everyone else is having to wait.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

hello. Thank you for your response and help. I’ve tried contacting O2 numerous times and keep being told the same thing that they are awaiting stock but they said to me it would take 2 weeks for me to receive them and that was 7 weeks ago.

This isnt customer services, you need to speak to the Sales Team tomorrow on 0800 081 0255 and they should be able to give you answers. 

 

No one on this forum can give you any answers as its a customer to customer forum, and no one has access to any o2 systems...
