To cut a long story short, my girlfriend gave me her iPhone SE 12 months ago. recently we split up and now she has barred my handset and my sim card. because the handset has been barred is it possible to retrieve or restore all my data, pictures, videos, apps, messages through an online 02 account or service?

Have you tried backing up to iTunes?
As far as I know the data can still be retrieved even if phone is barred.
