@Emlm

You have to put the sim in any O2 or unlocked phone just to receive the code.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hey there @Emlm , hope you're doing well this week! As it's been a few days since you posted about your iPad, I just wanted to check if everything went ok with the set up after you posted? Any help from the above suggestion? slight_smile Let us know if you need any further help at any point.

No It didn’t go well at all - turns out that O2 is not supported on Apple IPad Pro so I found a carrier that does - after spending hours talking to O2 I found out from another source that I would be better with another carrier - O2 were next to useless

Whoever told you o2 don't support iPads were wrong but don't blame you for taking an easier option if you were better supported.
of course we could have helped more here if you'd come back to your thread sooner @Emlm
