Add another Apple Watch to my account

Looking for some advice.

I bought my daughter a Apple Watch se with cellular. She does not have a iPhone so it is set up as a family member through my phone.
how do I add mobile data to her Watch with a different mobile number to mine?

You can link it to your O2 number but the only way your daughter can use it is with her own iPhone and a pay monthly sim, as I've repeatedly said.

Unfortunately O2 doesn't seem to support Family Setup on Apple Watch (EE does, but your main phone needs to be on EE as well it seems). However you should be able to add to your O2 phone/number an Apple Watch on family setup with Truphone - the watch would get a separate phone number and you would be able to use parental controls as well. I haven't tried it but most likely I will go this route.
