Activating my new nanosim

Just got my new phone today, and trying to activate my new sim.

i'm following the simple step by step guide on simswap, but when entering the new serial number it won't work....help!

Restart the new phone.

Has the old phone completely stopped working? Eg can you receive calls/txt still?

Your other option may be to try the online portal and see if it will accept it.

Yeah have tried all this and its still not working!  Neither is old phone now! 😞
