Activate my replacement sim for number.
my phone was stolen therefore my claim is currently going through your insurance claim process. Meanwhile I have a loan phone for which I received a sim from an 02 shop.
I need this this sim activated immediately for work purposes.
please can somebody get back to me.
And i I have sent my 02 insurance claim form to the email provided on the form. Can I please get a response to where I am with this please as I am paying for a service I cannot use !

Hi @Anonymous As this is a replacement sim for one that's been stolen you will need to contact O2 customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
As for your insurance you will need to speak to them yourself . This is not customer services..it's a community forum
