I have an account and recently changed it to pay monthly sim only. I did this in store and they asked for an email to confirm details - Now my account does not seem to work and it doesn't work on old account either - says nothing here!

Hi @Belle05. You need to speak to customer services to see if they need to reset your account. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus They need to check if you have the correct sim for the new account as well
