6 months apple music

When I bought a new Sim plan (27th June) it said I'd be eligible for 'up to 6 months Apple Music' however I've not been sent a code or anything to get this?

Apple music cannot be added as an extra.

You need a code from O2 which should come by text message.

You'll need to chase O2 for it.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
