Is anyone else getting some eci5 transaction error when trying to buy 5s? I know 100% has the funds for it so idk what's going on.. I tried calling O2 they said they call me back but never..l tried live chat waited 40 mins no response anyone have any idea

Ive heard of peoples payments not going through because of various errors but most were successful after making more attempts.

 

If you dont want to visit a high-street store then fine, just keep trying.

If they are slow in getting back to you then e mail o2 https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help

 

Although you will prpbably be best advised to ring them back or go into a Store to Upgrade.
