I can’t connect to 4g, got a new phone following the loss of mine and a new sim but can’t connect to 4g, in settings it states 4g, VoLTE off and can’t select 4g, VoLTE on (tells me to contact o2) tried contacting o2 who told me it’s an issue with a mast, tried the shop and they told me try online, seriously not good, can anyone help with this, thanks

It seem like 4g is not activated but the bloody guy I spoke to at O2 states mast problem or issue with Apple, thanks for the info anyway

As I said, it does sound like they've not activated 4g.
