I am unable to turn on 4G and WiFi calling. It says it need to contact 02 to allow 4G on this account. When I click on go to the website it says I have it on my account. I’ve spoken to 02 and they say it’s because theirs a nearby mast down. But I have the exact same phone (IPhone 11 pro max) on the same account & aren’t suffering any issues with that one.. The customer service is of no help because they don’t seem understand that it says it needs to be activated by them. It’s been going on for a month now and still am stuck with only 3G. I’ve done every troubleshooting option they tell me to do 7-8 times over. Doesn’t work. Any ideas?
