I paid my bill late so my network and 4G were barred. I paid the bill and spoke to Tech support and the bar was removed. I have since been able to make calls and receive calls but my 4G will not work. I have contacted support again and they advised to wait 24h. It has been 30h since the bar has been removed and I still cannot use my 4G. I have rebooted countless times, done a network re-set and removed and reinserted my SIM but still no luck. Any suggestions?
