There may be a mast down in your area...

Also try turning the phone off and back on again...

Also check it’s still switched on in phone settings, try rebooting the phone and text the word “active” to 2020 to reset the network settings on phone.

If it’s your SIM card, just pop into your nearest o2 shop and they will swap it for free for you.
