0.1 meg data speed while roaming. Capped?

Hi

I'm enjoying a few days in the Isle of Man. However, the speedtest app says I'm getting 0.1 meg on both Sure and Manx Telecom

I suspect the rate is being capped as speedtest starts higher and quickly drops to a steady 0.1. No such problems at home

Anybody know if this is normal or if it can be 'fixed'? If so, how?

No....I was wandering a bit off topic there....I was talking more generally as opposed to data speeds and capping..

They will probably close to the border or claim the UK is now part of Gibralter and as such Spain will have rightful sovereignty.......

On a side note (or back on topic) I have just come back from a few days on the Isle of Man and i've had no trouble using data on Manx Telecom.

Whilst I didn't run a speed test, web pages, social media, email etc all seamed to load at least as quick if not quicker than when on O2 in the UK.

On Manx Telecom you receive H+ not 4G so I've done the above based on O2 H+ and not 4G
