sim swap problem

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, my sim has been damaged, part of the damage makes 4 of my sim number digits unreadable, but to order a new sim online you need to enter this number. What is this best thing to do from here for a new sim quick as possible? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Sorry it's not possible to retrieve the sim code through the phone.

By any chance can you read the numbers by altering the angle your looking at the sim? You can normally catch reflections of where the ink was printed even if said ink has gone missing.

Other option is to take a well lit photo of the sim cameras have a habit of seeing imperfections that our brains happily edit out. (Imperfections being your missing figures)
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Ok for clairty can you further explain your issue as the swap my sim is not where you order a replacement sim but a place to change from normal to micro/nano sim.

Do I take it you damaged your old sim cutting it down to size for an iphone?

To get a micro/ nano sim you either go to the store or request here http://freesim.o2.co.uk/freesim/?campaign=1030 micro or for nano http://freesim.o2.co.uk/freesim/?campaign=1059 neither ask for your ssid.
