I've got home from work tonight and noticed no service on phone. Just got cut off from 02 web chat. Thought I'd ask here.

Just search for your wifi and connect it will be fine:)

I guess you could put your sim in your sons phone to rule out a hardware failure on your phone.

I'll try the sim swap with his 02 sim later as he's not around. 

My daughters here with her ee sim or would this mess it up more

stick to another o2 sim if you can

If the phones locked to EE it just wouldn't accept it.

Only way it can be screwed up more is by damaging the copper contacts. (Be gentle with it:))
