i talked to an advisor yesterday and i had my sim barred due to a lost phone in the snow. Now i have found the phone fully working will the system of my phone stop working with the new sim which is on the way?

You need to contact them straight away as the phone itself will probably have IMEI barred.

if it does go straight to apple, dont take it to o2 for repair as with apple you will walk out within 10 minutes with a new phone

After you've paid £149 or whatever they charge (snow is an unwarrantable item) slight_smile
