i have now placed my second order for the ipad pro and am still waiting for my refund from my previous order
has anyone else had problems i have spoke to a guru who has promised me delivery today before 12 but im not feeling hopefull took another 89.99 out my bank for this and still no refund in back from first order

You need to chase Customer Services for your refund http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus.
In the meantime, I will ask @Martin-O2 if he can offer any assistance to speed things up.
You should receive a despatch email when the iPad Pro is on its way to you. It is possible the particular model you have ordered is out of stock. You can check this with Customer Services as well.
