iPhone 4S Bluetooth setting

Hi,

I have a 4S.  About two weeks ago, the Bluetooth stopped operating, and on the phone settings it had switched itself off.  I try to switch it back on again, but nothing happens.

There is no ON/OFF switch on the screen - just the word Off.  When I touch the screen the whirly thing just goes round and round for ever.  I have the same problem with the Wi-Fi setting.

Any ideas please?

Thanks Adamtemp.  Tried what you said, but it still doesn't work.  If no one else comes up with the solution, I guess I'll have to go into the local 02 store and try to talk to a "Guru"

Even the full restore in itunes?

If that fails then take to apple not o2

Sorry Adam,

I don't have the balls/experience to risk losing all my contacts, diaries, etc. by fully restoring.  I never have really understood how icloud works.  What I need is to find someone local who understands and can explain to me in front of my PC.

I still think I may have a problem with my iphone re: Bluetooth and WiFi

How old is the iphone?

If in warranty just book a genius appointment and let them have a look at it
