iPhone 4 Locked

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

I have an iPhone4 which is locked to o2.  Ive left o2 unfortunately so I'm not sure what I can do about it. Basically, it's my dads phone, we asked for it to be unlocked before he left o2 and were told it had been done, since then though, he's been working away and it's taken until now (2 months later) for us to be able to switch his sim into the iPhone (he was using a cheap phone whilst working away).  It's showing as no signal so I assume that means that it's still locked. what can I do about it?

Did you connect phone to iTunes to complete the unlock process....?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
