can you use facetime over 3g on an iphone 4 with 750 mg data and on a iphone data bolt on and iphone tariff ?

FaceTime over 3G is only available for the 4s and 5 sorry.

There is warranty voiding routes but unless your tech savvy I wouldn't go down this route.

Yes you can on 4 upwards via wifi:)

I don't think the 4 cpu is up to the job of recording 720p sending it and decoding another 720p to display at the same time:(
