Unlock my iphone 3gs

Hi, hello to all!

i am travelling overseas and want to unlock my iphone 3gs. I have submitted the unlock form 5 times and each time received an email with this message " Sorry, you have not passed our security checks with the information that you have provided. Kindly check that you have 
provided the correct information"

 

i have provided the correct info everytime!

 

please advise how to proceed as i would like to have my phone unlocked asap.

I suggest you call customer services and find out exactly what they don't like.
