Transferring credit balance from Iphone to Ipad

I am thinking of buying an iPad.  I currently have a large credit balance on my iPhone with O2, can I transfer part of that credit balance from my phone to iPad?

Ring 4445 from your mobile to speak to 02 Customer Services to request the transfer.
