Scratches/Scuffs on new black iPhone 5...?

I am yet to order my iPhone 5 because I am scared that it will come all scratched etc and O2 and Apple will not send out replacement 'New' phones only refurbs.

Who here has bought a black iPhone 5 that has come with no scratches?

Has anyone recieved theirs with scuffs and scratches?

Guys,

I was looking at my work colleagues black iPhone 5 today and I have seen scuffs near the headphone socket and some near the charging port on the phone 😞

Does this happen to all black iPhone 5's? wear n tear?

I've got some scratches:( the downside of being thoughtful enough when drunk to charge my phone.

Other than that its held up incredibally well:)
