Problems with Sim

i have a new Iphone 5 and i used to have blackberry, i got it last night and they said that i will be able to use the phone in 24hrs.

the phone is not working yet

i have tried the 02 sim swap but it keeps failing

what do i do without going into the store???

Try rebooting the new phone. Has the old SIM turned off yet?

Have you also changed the blackberry bolt on for the iphone bolt on?
