Why can't I send picture messages to other mobiles? I can send via iMessage but not MMS, I chatted online to a guru who told me they set it up for me but still not working.

Try txting mms to 1010

Then txt active to 2020

These are the easiest ways. How long has this problem been going on for?

Are there any issues with data? Eg Internet or no 3G?

Make sure you are using the correct APNs.

Idata.o2.co.uk for iphone data bolt on.

wap.o2.co.uk for standard data bolt on.

Also make sure mobile/cellular data is switched on, reboot the phone and try sending yourself a photo.

I am sure between Liquid and Jonsie you will have a fix.

However, consider sending via email and save yourself some cash.

MMS for me feels outdated and is turned off on my phone.

I've tried texting MMS to 1010 but just get a reply saying not available for iphone. This has only happened since I changed from pay & go to pay monthly.

It's not something I use as I prefer email, whatsapp or bluetooth but I am old school in insisting that if the phone has the facility to send MMS then the option should work should I ever want to use it.

But that's just me, I blame my parents!:smileywink:

How about the other one Louise?

If this has been happening since you swapped I believe jonsie idea will fix it.

On pay & go I was able to send pictures to other mobiles, just worked out I have a non-iphone sim card. Had to get help with settings for the internet. It's mobile.o2.co.uk, not sure if my MMS APN should be the same?

Yes it should be mobile.o2.co.uk or wap.o2 .co.uk

Both should work for you.
