PAYG iPhone 4 network unlock while broad

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I've moved to New Zealand and want to use my PAYG iPhone on a local network. Customer support has deducted the £15 from my call time balance and told me 72 hours to unlock.

It's now been nearly a week and nothing. Anyone have any experience of unlocking from aboad ?

Simon

As long as the phone has been used in the UK with the mobile number you provided on the form you should have no problem.

Have you tried to insert your NZ sim and connect to itunes?

Yes I've tried that. I get a message to say the SIM installed in my phone isn't supported
