Is anyone still having no network issue after yesterdays problems????
my husbands phone went to no network for about an hour at 7 last night but has been fine since
but i woke this morning to find my phone has no network, its now 130 and still off.
spoke to customer services and was told issue is still not fully solved and that this was the problem with my phone despite press releases and info on here from loenard stating it is.
Would love to know whats really going on!

CS are open until 6pm for PAYG and 8pm for Pay Monthly.
It shouldn't matter who you speak to.

Try rebooting the phone, I suspect there are still a few lingering issues from all this.

Thanks but done all the obvious things on/off , rebooted it, tried husbands sim in my phone to check it wasnt issue with phone
customer services were adamant that engineers have told them there are still problems and that if it wasn't back on by 3pm to call back ( probably the time the girl finishes that i spoke to )
