We have had no service since 10 Dec - 9 days! We are business customers and losing business. The network checker online says all working fine. When I phone O2 they say there is an outage that they are working on it but will give no date as to when it will be sorted.. How can it take this long. What are my rights as a business customer. KY14 6HU area in Fife. Who can I talk to that will actually do something?

Strange it's not showing in status.o2.co.uk/, at least you do know they're onto it.
I hope they can get you back on quickly, other than support there is nobody who can help more.

Ok, lets think out this one.
Do you know anybody in the area on O2 that are also experiencing problems?
Any added electrical appliances in your work place or new features added locally that could possibly casuing a problem?
Its a strange one for sure.

Could you use a different mobile network or a landline for your business in the meantime
